1. Payment: Payment for the Colour Consult service package is required in full at the time of purchase. The consultation appointment will be scheduled once payment is confirmed.

2. Appointment Scheduling: After purchasing the Colour Consult service package, customers will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to schedule their consultation appointment. Appointments are subject to availability.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

4. Consultation Process: The Colour Consultation will be conducted either on site or virtually (your choice) and may include a combination of phone calls and email exchanges. MARTHA DESIGN will guide you through the process and provide professional recommendations tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

5. Client's Responsibilities: It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information about the space, preferences, and any relevant details prior to the consultation. Any changes or updates to the project should be communicated promptly to ensure the best possible outcome.

6. Design Recommendations: The colour recommendations provided during the consultation are suggestions based on professional expertise and industry knowledge. The final selection and implementation of colours are at the client's discretion.

7. Results and Expectations: While we strive to provide the best possible recommendations, please note that the outcome of colour choices may vary based on factors such as lighting conditions, existing furnishings, and personal preferences. We cannot guarantee specific results or exact colour representations.

8. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, concepts, and recommendations, remain the property of MARTHA DESIGN. These materials are for the client's personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written consent.

9. Liability: MARTHA DESIGN will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the Colour Consult service or the client's implementation of the recommendations. It is the client's responsibility to exercise judgment and seek professional assistance if needed.
